Pat...So what would a Split have to do with having less "Cash Flow", Cash Flow meaning, for you, total shares or it's value?....In other words, whether they split or not the Deal has been made, the "Cash" (stock) has already been committed...It doesn't seem like Splitting after the parameters of the Deal have been set would have anything to do with anything...

I'm with THE PHANTOM..I see a couple of Splits this year...And I STILL think one could be announced at Earnings....Although I could be wrong.

Pat, this deal is a stock swap. There is no affect on cash flow.
