Spider,

Spider demands "SHOW ME THE POSTS"...

40. On October 19, 1998, defendant John Doe I, in concert with “defendant John Doe II, using the aliases “Spider Valdez” and “Rico Staris,” posted a message on a Silicon Investor chat line falsely accusing the Zwebners of having “shorted invalid stock” and having financed [LGCY, the public company for which Michael Zwebner currently serves as chairman] in a questionable manner.”

exchange2000.com
contains the statement "we think zwebners are to close to ta , shorted invalid stock, and lgcy was financed in questionable manner"

41. Two days later, on October 20, 1998, so-called “Spider Valdez” elaborated that his fabrication as to the Zwebners' “selling invalid stock short” was in reference to stock they owned in DCI. The defendant referred to the “short position at [DCI] that is backed by invalid stock and zwebner brothers.” These statements are all false. Neither Michael nor Charles Zwebner have ever sold invalid stock short.

exchange2000.com
contains the statement "this thread is to talk about short position at dctc that is backed by invalid stock and zwebner brothers."

42. On October 24, 1998 defendant Doe I a/k/a “Spider Valdez” falsely informed the Internet world that the plaintiff was in trouble with the SEC and the FBI in connection with their “deeds” concerning DCI stock: “i look at [DCI] squeeze and deeds of Zwebners. sec and fbi have matters in hand.”

43. In truth, there has been absolutely no investigation by the FBI or SEC concerning actions of the Zwebners related to DCI stock.

Okay, I did you a favor and showed you the posts. Now do me a favor and document some of this BS you post with verifiable sources. No need to thank me.

look at ticker of lgcy(c). what does (c) mean jeffrey?

Let us consider what it does NOT mean:

Tuesday December 8, 6:53 pm Eastern Time

Legacy Software continues listing on Nasdaq

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec 8 (Reuters) - Legacy Software Inc. said Tuesday it has been
granted an exception to continue its listing on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market until Jan. 29,
when its reverse merger with Videocall International Corp. is scheduled to occur.

While it is covered under the exception, it will be traded on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market
under the ticker symbol LGCYC, the company said.

Once its merger is effect, the company must meet the minimum price requirement of $4
per share to continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Smallcap Market, said Eugene Rosov,
Videocall president.

If the company fails to meet the terms of the exemption it shall continue to be listed on the
OTC-Bulletin Board.

Now then. Just what was it you said Thursday and Friday? Three times?

it is quite a shock to me to see lgcy delisted! think of all those investors who got hurt
because of zwebner.

exchange2000.com

exchange2000.com

Pants on fire, Spidey. That was a REALLY stupid thing to do.

No problemo for me, that is, Spidey. I think you've got one, though.
