RE: Brightlight

Yes, laser use is not new. As I understand it, the Brightlight lasers are unique in that they do their work without producing what is called "slag", which I think is some sort of imperfection usually left when manufacturing with lasers. This is because the pulse and duration of the Brightlight are able to work on materials without unwanted heating of the area around which an operation is being performed. This means that they can be used for many applications for which lasers could not be used effectively before. Not sure I know what I am talking about here and there may be other things unique about the JMAR lasers...

Hopefully we will hear soon regarding particular applications where JMAR will have its first Brightlight sales.

Stormin, these questions that you asked were also asked on one of JMAR's conference calls that I listened in on. I can't answer all the questions on Brightlight products, but one application that could be pretty large is for the holes in PC Boards. JMAR's Brightlight lasers can cut smaller holes in PC Boards than other company's lasers and with less debris. (Another application of this could be the tiny holes required for the masks on high definition TV's which will be a huge market in the coming years).

P.S. (Good price action today in light of no more tax sellers)
