I was going back and re-reading TSIG old press releases and came
across the Feb '98 PR announcing the acquisition of CCI. What I find
interesting are the projections, the number of distributors, and
that Coca-Cola and the US Marines are part of the client base.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleServices International
Group Inc. (BB: TSIG), a leading inbound teleservices
provider, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire
100 percent of Santa Ana, California-based Compact Connection, a leading
wholesaler of compact discs and cassette tapes. Although exact terms were not
disclosed, the transaction is valued at approximately $15 million.
With $14 million in 1997 sales (1.4 million net profit) and 1.5 million
customers, Compact Connection projects 1998 sales to exceed $35 million, with
10 percent net profit falling to the bottom line, and its client base to grow
to over 10 million in the next two years. Currently, the Company has over
200 distributors across the United States with a client base that includes
Coca-Cola and the U.S. Marines.
