At least we agree that Schwab was not the underwriter of INSP. In order to be a member of Schwab 500, one must make at least 4 trades per quarter and have 50k+ in the account.

Remember, H&Q et al (i.e. the true underwriters) most likely retained a hogs share of the IPO of INSP.
