you're better off using the "best known" fully diluted number of shares at this point, for these ridiculous calculations of potential earnings/share,IMO..good luck..DD
PS: I figure that fully diluted number will be knocking on the door of the 100mm authorized number, but have no fear, you won't be allowed to vote on the increase to the authorized number--management will handle that for you...

tfk,

Just a thought toward the continual harrassment being brought forward concerning the past publicly documented items of TSIG.

If TSIG had not taken the actions concerning the necessary financing arrangements required at the time to upgrade and pursue the plans it had for the future design of CCI, we would still see a struggling teleservices company looking for local contracts to stay in business. Instead we have a company developing CCI to become a potential driving force in its market.

I, for one, have watched carefully the development of TSIG toward CCI and it's business and marketing plans to make sure it stayed on course toward the desired end. I have not been disappointed with the actions taken thusfar. Sure it took longer than we wanted but they proceeded straight down the path toward the end as fast and best as they could.

I have and continue to be observant of the direction TSIG proceeds to accomplish the projected goals to insure they do not deviate from their plans, as many other companies have, and cause a disruption of progression toward the desired goal.

There will always be those who, for whatever reason, will try to slow the progress of a company through disinformation. These external forces cannot stop the progress of a solid business and marketing plan from succeeding as long as the company they attempt to affect continues to develop and expand. So far TSIG has not deviated.

We have now reached the window of opportunity with TSIG as the development cycle they undertook with CCI begins to reap rewards.
1999 will show the world a company expanding its market share toward becoming a leader in it's industry.

We have also seen a glimpse of the expansion desires of TSIG in other desired areas. As these might be developed TSIG could very likely become a force in internet marteting.

I think we have a winner and will continue to show confidence in their abilities.
