Good job Barb, I can see that you are starting
to pay attention to Osicom again.

From the last conference call, you will hear that the Far East
division will have a $12 million dollar order from US West which
will hit or partially hit in the fourth quarter. The NetSillicon
division should have increased revenues due to increased demand and
due to a backlog from the prior quarter. Gigamux will do at least
as well as last quarter, according to management, but I am hopefull
for much more. IQX sucks. That division has been reorganized. I
am very confident, (my opinion) that revenues will be much larger
in the fourth quarter overall than the third quarter and that the
profit or loss will be near zero (vs .42 loss).

You stated that the stock is way ahead of itself. This is one
reasonable conclusion from the chart. But when I look at the chart,
I see a correction to a reasonable value, not a silly run up.

Now let me try to scare you with a reasonable argument. I think
Osicom might have a BIG gap up sometime in the next six months.
The gigamux is the right widget for a certain type of network
design. Some big fish might just bite. If this were announced,
then you might see the stock gap up and then double in a day or
two. I have no cause to believe that this is in the works, this
is my own technical conslusion about what I whould do if I had
to design a metro network. Admittedly, this argument is why
I held on to FIBR for a long ride down, I just couldn't bear
to be out of it. I did buy the story, I still buy the story,
but I won't fight the ticker again.

On the other side, I don't believe there is any bad news
at all to come out. IMO. I do trust Osicom's management. I
think our difference comes down to that.

Now, here is something that is not speculation, but was reported
by management in the last two conference calls. Osicom has
a growing relationship with Media One. I speculate that the
press release about this relationship will come out soon and that
it will be very positive for Osicom.

Good luck all,
Joe Hoane
