So far only one "tech" stock upgraded - AT&T. I think it is just the tip of the iceberg.
Joe Kernen on CNBC mentioned the experts' predictions (in Barron's) on the Dow by year end. All I heard was 9000(from one 'bear') and above(for the rest of them). Not many big bears left it seems.

Europe did great this morning expect the UK, since they are part of the economic union but don't want to give up putting the queen's picture on their currency. I think that it is the main reason they did not switch----sounds silly but I think it is true. The fact that UK is not in yet means the dollar is not threatened as much -- and will remain the best currency.
