P-Com Responds to Fourteen Confusing Press Releases Issued by the Plaintiff's Law Firm of Stull, Stull & Brody
CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 1999--P-Com, Inc. (Nasdaq National Market:PCMS - news), announced today that a plaintiff's law firm, Stull, Stull & Brody, has now issued at least 14 press releases in recent weeks relating to a single lawsuit previously commenced by that firm.
Although the continued issuance of multiple press releases has created confusion and the misimpression that the Stull firm has filed more than one lawsuit, in fact, to the Company's knowledge, the Stull firm has filed a single lawsuit against P-Com, and that action was filed approximately seven weeks ago. P-Com continues to believe the allegations in the lawsuit are without merit, and intends to defend the action vigorously.
