Meant to clarify my post since it made me sound bullish, meant to say the S&P futures which were at the time trading near 1250 would be back to 1240. They have already receded back to the 1246 range. The Europeans are a little giddy this morning that they have a new currency to compete with the dollar. Asia and non-Euro european markets were down was my point.

Today should prove interesting. Most big Techs seem flat in pre-trading yet INTC is up a point.

The futures were up 4.50 when I awoke at 6:30am. As the market opens, they are up a mere .50. The internet stocks also look fine. Interesting after so many claimed that the nets would be subjected to severe profit-taking this am. I think there is little one can say at this point by way of predictions, except to note that the Dow has now double-topped and other indicators are weakening. A rest? We'll see..... :)
