We can only guess what any offers might be. I do know that if Joe gets the new switches installed during this QP, the asking price will definitely go up. Lets not forget Joe wants to ride off into the sunset as much as the rest of us. The majority of his net worth is tide up in DCTC so you gotta believe he is doing every thing possible to wrap this project up. Best Regards
