...Certain long time ADOT posters to this thread believe Mr. Hirsch's relationship with ADOT reaches beyond that of private investor and that he also now - after filing the 13D - is privy to certain information the rest of us are not aware of. Seems like they come right out and say it. So who is he, a good guy or a bad guy, or don't we know yet? The 13D disclosed that the purpose of the transaction was for "investment purposes only and not with a view to resale or distribution." Management will be working with Hirsch discussing future direction of the company. dax
