Mike: Rick Harmon who is one of the experts on ariad sold his shares this morning (his thread is the t/tif)...which I think sucks, but probably a good trade. Sorry you don't approve. It's the travails of trying to put up a portfolio. Everyone loves you until you sell their stock. :-) Hey, your own AVGN-related posts played a small role in my decision. Also, I wanted out. I have never held a company before where management screwed up, passed on decent funding, and eventually went for a floorless. Love the science, and I will be back. Also, don't forget..... I learned about the news before the close on Thursday, so I was holding a trading position in addition to my longer-term shares. Rick
