I know that this is too simple but help me out here:
licensing fees projected $ 1,250,000.
processing revenues proj 9,000,000.
sub-total $10,250,000.
estimated op. costs 60%
estimated earnings $ 4,100,000.
number of shares out. 13,000,000
estimated earn/share .315 cents per
(some) multiple (real guess) 20 times
estimate stock price $6.308

Does this track at all ??? I know life isn't always this simple but I am trying to get a grasp on where the bullseye is. comments welcomed.

Do you recall if we have had a public announcement on % of profit margin? I seem to remember a number being kicked around at 40-50 %. Do you have any idea what the distributors are being paid as they sign up the customers?

I agree it is refreshing to put some numbers on the table so we stop the guessing game. I assume they will start the usual Qtr. reporting and filing with the SEC at the end of this Quarter.
