I heard the rumor about NITE. I had one of the traders we work with call a trader at NITE she knew very well on Thursday of last week. He claimed to have no knowledge of anyone being fired, but wouldn't necessarily know. We were already short NITE, as some of the other wholesalers have been suggesting that the SEC was going to require the e-brokers who own NITE to spread some of their business to other firms.
