Kevin:

Interesting comments! I suspect the non-net retailers wipeout will take a reasonable period of time and hopefully COSTCO will gain some net savvy before the real hard competition takes hold. "The Float" as a way to make meaningful money is a little scary ... I know it prevails now, but not perhaps to the extent that it could or will via the net.
I sure hope Cramer is right about Y2K ... that is ... 1/3/2000, the problem is to be history!!

I visited the nearby Costco store today to pick up processed film ($2.90 for 24 prints ... such a deal!!) While there I looked high, low, in between, on the walls, and everywhere else to find some reference to shopping Cost on the net. zip, nada, much to my surprise! My naivete was enhanced by that store not featuring any e-commerce publicity! Might have been there earlier though!

I like Cost holding its price above 70 for several days in a row! Decent vol. and longevity at seventy seems to bode well for the future!
