Here I go already breaking my own rules. This one does not necessarily pertain to CSCO and was made in 1998.

TLAB shareholders are shortsighted to not go on with this; it's call penny-wise and qtr stingy; a yr from now with only their TDMs that will be outdated in an exponential curve; the story will be opposite; imo, it will very likley be, CIENA at 50$ and TLAB at 15$

WRONG!
CIEN currently at $14 1/2 and TLAB at $67.

I guess it's a matter of time before Jach posts one of his "pointers". Then he'll tell us about how router start-up companies are going to take down CSCO. And he'll tell us that CSCO (due to R&D accounting) can not snap up companies anymore. And he'll tell us about gig-E start-ups. I think he forgets that CSCO has a development organization as well...one which CSCO supports with hundreds of millions in R&D dollars....this coupled with technology CSCO purchases, CSCO's installed base, and CSCO superior sales and marketing will make it next to impossible for start-ups to penetrate CSCO's market in a significant way....at least over the period of a single year....

Jach-off is a pathetic individual..... I'm beginning to feel sorry for him.....NOT! HA!

Scott, I think you should not have limited the thread solely to CSCO predictions, but all jach dire predictions. I don't think I have ever seen a positive post about a company that did not knock another.
