Yes- I sold for tax loss but bought back
in at right after announcement. There is
good chance things will improve with
Carl's cash infusion. The best info I have
is that it is a matter of getting
a few more wells on line to meet
future cash needs. (They own/co-own/operate
a total of 788 wells as of last quarter).

I don't think it will do much of anything
but "survive" now - but watch out if
oil/gas prices firm and climb back to
where they were before this debacle!

Joe, just picked up some shares on a whim. A friend had 100K shares -- he rode it down from $7 or something but still believes in it. Is NEGX going to live up to its unfortunate symbol name or is it going to be POSX?
