Looks like the low RS/neg cash flow screen does the best after the first 3 months. The Jan 99 screen actually took off, prob b/c Jan effect as you pointed out, but they are know coming back to the basemant where they belong. You wonder why, other than pure manipulation, that this trash could go up like that at all. Seems like 4-6 mo holding period and then reshuffle might be the best plan. Actually, from this small sample, it seems like screening for these stocks, then wait 2-3 months then jumping in might be the best strategy. What do you think?
