Phone cards are a dull field and as you say, no barriers to entry. Prepaid cellular...I'm just not that excited about it if that's the only product on offer.

Come to think of it I haven't done much work defending my picks. I promise to do so later in the week. Some of last year's "carryovers" shouldn't be bought...they're fully valued and ahead of what I would have hoped...INSO, OTEXF, APCC should be flat in '99.
