Holly - Hi & thanks for your input. Micron walked me thru "renaming" the Win files on my C drive. And we reinstalled Win 95 over existing program. I have 2 hard drives & don't believe I partitioned them beyond how they were delivered to me. Since the above didn't work, Micron suggested formatting the drives (& losing all info) OR deleting Win 95 & reinstall from scratch together with all drivers. Choice #2 is more do-able. Unfortunately, the only driver I'm missing is for my 28.8 modem. Since I can't get on the internet thru Netscape, I've have to wait till a friend gets his A floppy drive up & running so I can download it from Micron. Meanwhile, I'm using a Unix based internet access (no color, no graphics, no advertisements either - so there are benefits!). I researched your thoughts about trying to locate Ontrack on one of my floppys, but doubt its there. Appreciate your prompt response. Tiger
