Do you defend organized
crime bosses and drug kingpins? Those are the only kind of prosecutions I've heard
of that use the Starr repertoire of setup tactics and strongarming witnesses.

You need to take a fresh look at prosecutorial tactics in America. Starr's "tactics" are SPO for many prosecutions, including those of businesses.

Then there's the issue of the "secret" grand jury testimony that always seemed to find its
way to Drudge in a day or two. Funny, that.

I agree it's funny. However, I keep in mind that Clinton's lawyers were debriefing every Grand Jury witness, so their offices, also, had all this information and could have leaked it if they chose to do so.. My understanding is that if they leaked it, it would not be illegal. Also, of course, every grand juror heard the testimony, and could have leaked it illegally (but perhaps lucratively? pure speculation!) So far I know of no reliable information as to where the information came from. To accuse any person or official at this point is not only purile but irresponsible.
