Its cus Clark sold. I am watching and wondering seems too much too quick for a slow rebound from the DEC doldrums - They would not have the gall and the audacity to pump it up right now - Maybe they will announce when phase II - 1998 is trating - LOL OR - they delayed announcing the 1998 program so long maybe they will announce the 1999 program early.
