janice dear there was no hearing in sept. what you describe was a 'meeting'. sylver had no reason to arbitrate anything because the contract was null & void with wellrich after peter shurr left & kellogg insists he did not get his stock through wellrich. the scene was caused by wellrich from what i have heard. furthermore you are now admitting you were lying when you said there was judgement? you claimed to be scanning it dear? how can you scan something that does not exist? remember your earlier posts dears about how long it was taking to scan the document. there is much more dear that "is not the case" spider
