I'm pretty confident. The combination makes a lot of sense, and given the lawsuit against MSFT I don't think that Gates will be putting up any roadblocks (either directly or indirectly) Chuz Thanks for your timely ,concise and thoughtful reply to my concerns. I agree with you view above concerning Microsoft and DOJ. Your long/short strategy is very interesting. If your view of the Aol / Nscp deal changes pleas let us all know.
