Look what happened on just a rumor on Nov 30...and last July before the IPO was delayed. I think if the IPO is for real this time, it will take the stock up. I think NetRadio is a loss on Navarres books, so when it is spun off, so is the debt(I think). Why not ride NAVR up on the announcement and take profit if you want? Annette Put a bottle of gin out for Pele'....

Do we have strong precedent for the parent company going ballistic on the news of a spinoff? Mike, MALL jumped significantly as it approached the spinoff IPO. DBCC is doing just that right now. I think NAVR will follow the same footstep. Regards, Tom
