Look what happened on just a rumor on Nov 30...and last July before the IPO was delayed.
I think if the IPO is for real this time, it will take the stock up.
I think NetRadio is a loss on Navarres books, so when it is spun off, so is the debt(I think).
Why not ride NAVR up on the announcement and take profit if you want?

Do we have strong precedent for the parent company going ballistic on the news of a spinoff?

Mike, MALL jumped significantly as it approached the spinoff IPO. DBCC is doing just that right now. I think NAVR will follow the same footstep.

Regards,

Tom

Aloha Mike:

look at the price of NAVR on 11/24/98....NAVR was trading at a low of 5 and a high of 5 1/2....11/25/98 a low of 5 1/32 to a high of 6 1/2....11/27/98 brought a low of 8 and a high of 12 1/4....11/30/98 had a low of 12 and a high of 27! This price movement was brought on by just a HINT of the Netradio IPO.....for more IPO parent action just look to MALL, the parent of UBID.....

Good luck-

F~
