skeets, 5 seconds to activate hotlinks, 20 sec to load all graphics, 2 mins. to page through to a price for the printer I want to buy. Even the member price sucked, though. I had already priced this printer at $80 less than local sources through Zdnet, which I find a great engine for computer-stuff shopping. Netmarket does seem a tad slow compared to some sites, though. This is on a $1300 laptop (which I bought essentially over the net (final order by phone, but found the deal on the net: 4.1 gigs, 64 megs RAM , 24x cdrom, 13.3" TFT (active matrix), 56k modem, p200mmx. I started shopping in April, but decided to wait until the price came down (this thing would have cost about $2500 then)---thanks to the PC doom 'n gloomers for giving me the resolve to wait! The "obsolescing" p200mx chipset is just fine by me. Net saves me a huge amount of time and bother when shopping for many items. HB Cheers, HB
