Mikey was blowing smoke, as usual. All that happened on 11 September was that the judge issued temporary restraining orders to the defendants in the federal lawsuit brought by Mikey. On 2 October an injunction was issued, prohibiting the defendants from trading in AZNT stock AND ALSO prohibiting AZNT from doing anything that would harm said defendants. That is, it specifically enjoined Mikey from attempting to orchestrate a short squeeze.

The injunction hearing did not, in fact, go very well for Mikey. We've all read the transcript, and it's a hoot.

And that's where we are now. Another hearing is scheduled for later this month. The trial hasn't even begun yet.

I guess you missed quite a few posts. Why don't you come back to the AZNT thread to explain what is really going on.
