you have vehemently defended & promoted that wellrich already had an "arbitration hearing", do you recall the wellrich doc you promoted on ulrichs web site to support this BS claim? SIGH As I understand it, there was an inconclusive arbitration hearing held in July. A second was scheduled for early September, and then postponed until later in the month. That was the hearing at which Mikey made his scene. According to what WellRich said last week, another hearing was scheduled for tomorrow. I have, however, just heard--not from WellRich--that it appears to have been postponed....again. Sure doesn't sound to me as if AZNT has its ducks in a row...
