I've captured your comments for my spreadsheet update notes, Paul.

Couple of thoughts ...

1) I see LiPoly being incorporated by no more than 50% of laptop vendors in 1999, and only in one product family design ... probably the high-end or very portable lines.

2) If I start designing a laptop now with LiPoly (other than a form/fit/finish compatible plugin) ... it will be late 1999 or 2000 before that device hits the market ... hence sales will not reach the balance sheet until 2000.

3) Some vendors are certainly ahead of others, but all must certainly be hanging on the supply issue to some extent.

Overall, I'm less optimistic than you about 1999 laptop adoption,
but we come into agreement after 1999.

Maybe it's just the engineer in me trying to avoid a "committed relationship" with the end-user ...
