It costs like $50 dollars to file just about any lawsuit. I would love to see IKAR do well but the filing of lawsuits does not necessarily mean they are not frivolous, unfounded, or in general completely bogus. David O'Berry doberry@mindspring.com

Mikey's misrepresented a broad variety of issues regarding this matter and AZNT in general. Was caught in a few of them on the witness stand, too. I have the transcript. Weighing in at a hefty 130 pages, it's not exactly postable. But you can get it from the Nevada Court, and portions of it are all over the AZNT thread. You're welcome to come by and ask for clarification on anything. Don't know anything about IKAR, have no opinion; but I'd advise you seek independent verification of anything said simply as a matter of good practice. Cheers,
