L, "Now snow is gorgeous" Now that is true if all you have to do is sit and look at it. But look at this picture; msnbc.com That's what I've been doing for three days now. It's not so gorgeous anymore. I'm typing this now with my feet on the heater, trying to defrost my toes. Thirty degrees below zero F with the wind that is howling across the lake. Been out about two hours clearing my driveway and parking lot. Snow everywhere about as tall as I am (6 feet). Every time the #*(%&$#%# county road commission plow truck drives by I get about another 4 foot wall clear across the front of my place. Every water line in the house was frozen this morning. Going line to line with the hair dryer trying to thaw everything. What was that, you said this was supposed to be gorgeous??? Thawing, Steve PS whoops, sorry. I see MSNBC changes their pictures and stories. Was somebody shoveling. Now I see lines in the airport.
