Harvey, there was a series of announcements that came out at that time containing alliances with the likes of Lockheed, Grumman, Allied Signal, etc. The rally took the MM's by surprise and it appears to have been a squeeze. dch-technology.com Then 144's came out of the woodwork from the former owners of the shell and the financiers and their promoters, as best I can tell. Those shares hit the collapsing stock, and I believe it is now smooth sailing from here. Much better to have cleaned them out from summer on, then have to deal with them going further. As my old friend Jerry Garcia used to say, " one man gathers what another man spills"
