George, I believe wolfdog is right. I haven't looked at the CORR annual report, but the term usually used is "shareholders of record" -- meaning those recorded on the books of the transfer agent. Typically, the transfer agent would have only one account for, say, Schwab or Merrill Lynch, and count each such brokerage company as a single shareholder of record, just as it would count each individual who had taken the shares in certificate form. Typically, therefore, the transfer agent and the company will not know the identity of the individial shareholders with Schwab, etc. accounts.
