Quest Net Corp. Announces Hiring of Paul Zeller and Intends on Filing Full Nasdaq Registration
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 1999--Internet service provider Quest Net Corp. (OTC BB:QNET - news) has announced the hiring of Paul Zeller to advise and prepare the necessary documents for a full registration with Nasdaq and locate qualified underwriting firms for a secondary IPO of the Company.

Paul Zeller, formally Vice-President of W.R. Grace & Co. in New York and Assistant to the Executive Vice-President at Ryder Systems has over two decades of experience in senior management and has successfully advised several public companies on IPO's and equity offering on the various stock markets.

Quest Net Corp. intends to file a memorandum of registration with Nasdaq as soon as it is feasible.
