Maryann, I believe the float is so small that the MM's are of the mind that they can make any stupid spread they want, and people will jump for it. The stock needs positive news, an intelligent spread to allow those who wish to day trade to do so, and reporting paperwork.

The news must be in the form of up-dates when nothing is eminent to be released by the company.

The spread is beyond comprehension. If you take $.36 x 5000 shares = you pay $1,800. to buy the stock above what you can sell it for. At $.03 spread x 5000 = $150. With this spread the MM takes $1,650. No wonder no one is buying. Also day trading brings volume and volume brings recognition.

The company new to the U.S. has to show assets, reporting files, and earnings to attract more than speculators. This is MHO of course.

Regards,

Roy
