Tom: INCO & ISLD stand for independent SOES traders. I know that ISLD stands for Island.

INCA is instinet. ISLD I believe is a similar system for small traders.

TB,
I see you've got your answer.
I might add that INCA (Instinet) is a closed system used by institutions as well as day traders. Institutions can hide their identity on INCA. INCA trades can also be cleared without ever being posted on the Nasdaq.
Additionally, after market trades take place on INCA.
There is after market trading that takes place outside of INCA, on the third and fourth markets.
