Today is the day that gains are sold to avoid taxes for last year. AAPL should be down today (as most stocks typically are) DESPITE heavy early buying. The rest of the week will tell the real story. AAPL will likely rise on the strength of the MWSF. Today is just the reaction to 1st day sales....

Linda -- You are thinking of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (http://www.eff.org). I don't know that they can help you, but perhaps they can point you in a direction to settle your grievences. However, I believe that since SI is a private domain, they are allowed to remove posts and members as they please. Good Luck, David Lee
