Wayne,

I have been lurking and enjoying your thread. I have noticed a large volume spike on a real cheap penny - CHAT. It was mentioned months ago on Joe Copia's thread and came off it's low of .02 with a high of .94 and is currently .0375 with news rumored. I have not been able to verify news but volume always precedes price. Seems like a lot of room for upwards movement.
