Tim,

Sounds like all that daytrading was tiring...glad to see you back on the position trades. Hope you had a good New Year!

Regards,

Dave

Tim- I like your new rules and the new "you." Here's why:

I made maybe 500 trades this year. My portfolio is up maybe 50%.

However, if I had stuck with my instincts exactly one year ago--and simply held AMZN, AOL, YHOO, CMGI, and SEEK, all of which I owned then, and taken the whole damn year off--I'd be up 1,000%.

I still have faith in TokyoMex and will hang in with him, but all the trading has driven me crazy and has taken its toll on me, physically.

I bought into XYLN today to get started over here (after a little DD confirmed your analysis). I like the atmosphere here and will be hanging around if I'm welcome.

Thanks.

JC

Tim, I have followed your thread for a while, and find your comments to be most informative. Can you tell us what your new 'rules' are? I'd be interested since it sounds like you may be doing less intra day trades.

tnx, Rob
