Yes, I have a ton of BEARX and I only wish, of course, that I had bought it at the present price, which is something of a steal in my opinion. Actually Tice is a little leery of shorting the most volatile of the wilcats, and that's why I went ahead and bought the puts.

The big problem with BEARX is the high management fees (1.5%) and expense ratios (2.5%). The expense ratio is fine if it saves the fund money, but the management fee seems kind of high. The fund seems to have done well vs shorting either the S&P or NASDAQ directly.
