Your valuation of MarketWatch is as a stand-alone site and you should remember it's on its way to becoming a portal. CBS is putting together various pieces of a puzzle -- SPLN, online classifieds, general news, e-commerce -- that can make the site more important than your valuation suggests. Value the IPO like a Yahoo! and then you'll see there's more upside left in DBCC.

Billsig, your point is well made, however DBCC has now become the trading vehicle for the hottest internet IPO due out this month. It has been compared to some of the high-flyers like E-Bay & Ubid in terms of investment interest and many of the lead internets gained some big numbers today. I've been here before with CMGI, TSQD, WCAP etc and the related holding company always gains disproportionately to the worth simply because it is a trading vehicle. I doubt that many of the current stock-holders are looking to hold this stock for too long ... but momentum players will step in with the release of publicity and coverage which will fuel the price upwards.
This is, of course, just my past experience - and thanks again for posting briefing.com - I noticed there was a pullback after the first morning posting by them ... but... the stock continued to show a lot of strength.

Good luck all

Stephen
