Robin, buying naked calls is an atrocious way to invest -- it's more like gambling. Not only does the stock need to close above the strike price plus the cost of the option plus commissions, but it must do that within a certain time frame. You would be much better advised to either buy the equity outright, or sell naked puts which are, in effect limit orders for which you get paid.

I think your broker went from buzzard-bait to hero in 24 short hours!

I'd recommend you at least recover your cost on your options (since you must be sitting on a nice gain right now). That way, at worst, you're playing with pure profit and can't possibly lose money on the trade, regardless of future action.
