These regulations will be issued this year,also there is still a 50/50 chance that Clinton may be impeached and as a BLDPF investor and as of recently, a DCHT investor, that would be just ducky! We should all write our elective officials and tell them to vote the environmental ticket because the federal air mandates is what will put this technology over the top. DCHT has good costumer service and maybe a few surprises for the end of january.
