Windows/Y2K Radio Call-in.

At the risk of displaying my ignorance again, I was amazed to hear a FM 104.30 listener call in to explain to the DJ how to Y2K-prep his Excel files.

"Well there are 5 choices. You have "MIM" and "Classic" and [3 others I didn't get]. "MIM" is the simplest. That's the one I would go with if I were you."

The DJ had just about had it by this point, trying to understand the differences, and ended the call -- good natured but clearly exasperated.

Is this what all Windows users are going to have to go through? (BillH ... ?)

If so, SteveJ has a howitzer w/AAPL's Y2K readiness -- if only he dares fire it.
