Dear Shadow: Well, it bothers me that a fund would dump its stock. Only thing I can figure is that perhaps this is the first Going Concern opinion issued on MUCP. Not sure as havent been around long enough to see earlier financials. Some funds are prohibited from owning such. As I beleive I stated earlier, the opinion doesnt bother me too much as its pretty standard in cases where a company hasnt yet established its Revenue Stream The KEY to me is whether they have a product with a ready market coming onstream and whether they have the financial wherewithal to make it happen. I have to rely on you older shareholders to guide me in that situation as I just dont know enough about this company. My investment is relatively small potatoes to me and really just a fling. JDN
