Duckster, I just noticed your post. What else have I forgotten? In my overall earnings estimates I neglected to mention the $37+million due from the NI government after the first $4 mln in product is shipped, nor did I mention $120+mln of tax losses carried forward that would shelter the first chunk of revenue from U.S. taxes. I may have missed more on both sides of the equation, and that's why I took the trouble to itemize my list so it was clear where my numbers were coming from.

My apologies for being a little intense lately. It's probably because of how strongly I feel about the effect of the improved financing. IMO it was a strong positive and should have diminished worries. Instead we had a panic selloff due largely to poor wording and misinterpretation of a document while the degree of company progress was unchanged. I must say, it nearly ruined my holidays and has adversely affected people I care about. Good luck with your investments.

Regards, FMK

John:

If I may pontificate a bit, nobody is right and nobody is wrong, everybody has an opinion which is valid to themselves, especially if they make money based upon it. This is a market, and that is why the price goes up and the price goes down. The embarrasing truth of it all is, if I had put as much time and effort into another 3 - 5 stocks, that I researched well, based upon certain cash flow criteria, two years ago, then I could have had the addition to my house that I thought I would have had with VLNC. Not that it hasn't been fun, reading all of the barbs going back and forth, but I would much rather have the money!

On another note, thanks Fred (RE: your recent post) for helping make this thread a lot more civil.

Jeff
