REW- If as you had told me the terms of the PP have been filed, Gordon should be able to freely discuss these terms with you at your meeting. Hopefully by the time of your meeting this filing will have shown up in the Edgar database. If it hasn't, please ask Gordon to spell out the terms for you. I suspect the terms will be very favorable and, once and for all, will shut certain posters up. Also do you know what the timing i.e. schedule is for the launch of the new web site? If not, please also ask this question. Thanks. z
