Sam,

Sorry to go back on topic but there are a few clarifications needed with the Babe Ruth fund raiser.

1. Have the respective coaches been notified about the MusicCard deal yet? If they have, has there been any feedback that you know of?

2. Are not the Cards pre-bought by the teams before marketed to the public?

3. Do the kids take home an allocation of Cards to sell and then are responsible to bring back the money? In other words the kids(parents) own the Cards the kids bring home.

4. What is the official kick-off date to begin the fund raising?

5. Isn't the All Stars in Aug and another major fund raising period for the kids is July-Aug? At that time they could out produce Jan-Feb?

6. During the gap time between the two major fund raising events the Card is continuously pushed at the games and other minor team funding necessities.

7. I have placed, I feel, a conservative goal of 2.5 million cards with 5-6 CD purchases each(average) for 1999. That would indicate income to CCI of approx 25 million. How do you feel about that?

8. Confirm the contract with Babe Ruth is a multi-year deal.

9. I am assuming the fund raising is a very serious endevor and the coaches place severe attention to it. This is the primary funding for all the team's expenses.

10. As far as you can tell, the other items in the fund raising arsenal have been beat to death and the MusicCard will be the breath of fresh air, so to speak, needed to liven up the efforts.

We have a number of new faces here and lurking that may need to be brought up to speed.

Thanks Sam.

Bob
