Just got off the phone with Bill, dammit! he is still tightlipped! but nothing negatively has happened with the deal. They are working on ways to increase sharehold value within the frame work of the proxy which is still in the hands of everybody concerned, except us!He told me they are working on some big things concerning our deal, but will not give me details! Time frame of the proxy "as soon as possible" is what he said. sigh....
